Tariff Plans

1. Priority of minutes in each of the tariff is as follows:
   • number of minutes included in the subscription
   • additional number of minutes allocated for additional promotion
   • minute amount of subscription from the pool and the pool of minutes awarded under the promotion, which has not been used in the previous tax period
2. Voice minutes outside of the package subscription are settled in accordance with the rates given in Table 1.
3. The activation fee is added to the first account for services.
4. The counting is carried out seconds from the first and second call for national calls except calls to numbers on the high price (premium), where the fee is charged for the first minute, and thereafter every 30 seconds a call.
5. The connection to the second counting is properly settled in proportion to the number of seconds used, both with regard to the minutes of the subscription and outside your subscription.

Roaming

1. The fee for every minute call, the CSD data transmission, fax transmission while roaming is charged at the rates relating to the area where the subscriber is located, and from the zone to which the user performs the call.
2. The fee for every minute call while roaming is charged at the rates relating to the area in which the subscriber.
3. For SMS messages, which came to Registrant does not charge roaming fees are additional.
4. If the roaming will be sent SMS messages to numbers on the high price (premium) and to fixed networks, the roaming charges for sending SMS messages are charged is added in line with the pricing of these services.
5. The range of services available while roaming depends on the operator Roamingowego, which uses a network subscriber.
6. In the case of roaming calls in the possibility of delays in the transfer of the necessary data for the charging of fees, resulting from the calculation of the specificity of these data by the operator Roamingowego. In this case, roaming charges for calls can be charged in subsequent periods of account.
7. 8. Charges for incoming calls while roaming are charged for every minute.
9. Final:
